 Cancellation Policy  

• A 15% deposit is required for a booking.

• Deposit is not refundable if cancellation is made by Guest.

• In the event of full payment made to PCK Nautical:

  • Guest is subject to an 85% refund when cancellation is made 7 days or more in advance of the charter date.

  • Guest is subject to a 50% refund when cancellation is made within 3-6 days of the charter date.

  • All no-shows and cancellations less than 48 hours before the charter date are NOT subject to refund.

• All cancellations by PCK Nautical due to weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances will result in a full refund.
